No one came to clean our room or provide new towels. At check out they overcharged us and my other family members that also booked through Booked.net!

The facility was very clean. The staff was very helpful and tried to make our stay as relaxing as possible by bringing by the extra pillows stated on my "notes"section during booking. They checked us in before we got there and out because we left earlier than check out time. Even though we were inconvenienced by the whole booking process placing us in the wrong hotel, staff made our stay there more than exceptional.

I didn't like that we were placed in the wrong Microtel, however that was a problem caused by Booked.net. I didn't like that our reservation for the incorrect hotel could not be canceled without a manager's approval that couldn't take place until Friday. (We reserved on Wednesday) The hotel wasn't booked so it wasn't like we were holding a room someone else could've had. Also my only other complaint would be the lack of fruits or something other than bread, waffles or cereal for the breakfast options. There was no variety.

The rooms were not clean and the front desk clerk for the night was very rude unprofessional and verbally abusive to some of the other families we were traveling with. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay there again!
